Barneby Gates Ikat Wallpaper

Ikat wallpaper by Barneby Gates offers a painterly interpretation of a classic Ikat design, blending traditional pattern with a softly contemporary sensibility. The motif appears gently time-worn, as though faded by years of light and living, giving the design an effortless elegance that feels both familiar and refined. Printed using traditional surface printing techniques, the wallpaper has a subtle tactile quality, with layers of ink sitting beautifully on a softly textured ground to create depth and character.

The warm plaster pink palette brings an enveloping, versatile tone to interiors, adding warmth without overwhelming a space. Ideal for bedrooms, living areas or hallways, this Ikat-inspired wallpaper sits comfortably in both period and modern homes, lending walls a sense of quiet sophistication and enduring style. Thoughtfully crafted and rich in detail, it reflects Barneby Gates love of heritage influences, artisanal processes and timeless design that grows more beautiful with time.
