“Im an art director and product designer based in Montreal. I grew
up in Istanbul with Armenian roots and Turkish culture. After years of
strict French education, I started my career in fashion as an editor.
5 years in, I felt it was time to change my city, as well as my point
of view, so I moved to Montreal and began my work as an art director.
Out of the office I am possessed by procrastination, but while working
I am Cartesian and live with a methodical skepticism. I am a mood
creator who mixes my admiration of South Italy and Nordic minimalism.
My drawings are in the crossroads between art, design and interiors.
They are simple shapes, that brings sunshine and let the viewer
interpret their own meaning.” -Aslin Kumdagezer
